What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
Renters must be 21 years or older. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a $200 Young Driver Fee with approval from Platinum Motors.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes — a 24–48 hour interval is required between bookings to allow for vehicle preparation and cleaning.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer a variety of perks and discounts:

10% off for 7-day rentals
7th day free when renting for 6 consecutive days
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a $250 refundable deposit is required at the start of your rental.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Shortest trip: 2 days
Longest trip: 2 weeks (extensions may be possible with prior approval)
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
A 7.38% sales tax applies to all rentals. Discounts and coupons are applied to the base rate before taxes. Additional fees (if applicable) will be clearly itemized on your invoice.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Mileage overages are billed as follows:
$0.25 per mile for the first 5 miles
$0.35 per mile thereafter
What are your standard business hours?
We are open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?
We offer delivery and pickup anywhere within 15 miles of Morningside (Clubhouse), Lawrenceville, GA 30043 for a $125 fee.
Deliveries beyond this radius are available on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return times are flexible but must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Yes. Custom deliveries must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and agreed upon by Platinum Motors.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes — with advance notice. Please contact us ahead of time to arrange after-hours service.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Yes, please keep the following in mind:
Young Driver Fee: $200 (with approval)
Pre-Paid Gas / EV Charging: $55
Refueling or Recharging Fee: $20 + cost of fuel
Late Return Fee: $50 per day
Retrieval Fee: $150
Do you offer additional equipment or services?

What is the cost for an additional driver?
Additional drivers may be added for $30 per rental.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if any signs of smoking (including cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping) are detected.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes. Renters are responsible for all tolls, parking violations, and tickets incurred during the rental period.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Platinum Motors ensures every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and detailed before each rental. Please return the car in the same condition to avoid additional fees.
Cleaning fees may apply in the following cases:
Moderate Cleaning ($50): Mud, sand, bug debris, light odors, or small spills.
Heavy Cleaning ($100): Moderate stains, heavy odors (e.g., smoke), or extensive bug debris.
Severe Cleaning ($200): Steam cleaning or full detailing due to major damage or spills.
Pet Hair Removal ($150): For excessive pet hair.
Multiple Issues Cleaning ($250): When several cleaning levels apply.
Extremely Dirty: $250
Filthy: $350+
🚗 Beach Trips: Please remove all sand and sunscreen before returning. Sand or residue requiring a full detail will incur a $250 charge.
🐶 Pets: We love animals, but please keep your furry friends at home unless otherwise approved.
🚭 No Smoking: Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
